At Racing Relics, we are committed to delivering premium products and clear communication.
Below you will find all essential details regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, return process, and refund policy, designed to ensure a seamless experience in compliance with Dutch consumer law and applicable EU regulations.

Shipping Information

Netherlands

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders shipped within the Netherlands.
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.

European Union (EU)

We ship to selected EU countries at a flat rate of €20 per order.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are shown clearly during checkout.
  • Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local conditions.

General shipping details:

  • Deliveries take place from Monday through Saturday.
  • All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from the Netherlands.

Customs & Import Duties

All orders shipped within the European Union are delivered without customs duties or import taxes.
No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

At this time, we only ship within the European Union.

Returns & Exchanges

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch consumer law and EU regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item or items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be included, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
  • Returns must be requested in advance via email at support@racingrelics.nl.
  • Returned items must be shipped to the return address provided after approval.

Inspection of Returns

All returned items are inspected upon receipt to verify their condition and compliance with our return criteria.
For quality control and dispute prevention purposes, Racing Relics may document the opening and inspection of returned packages.
This documentation is used solely to assess the condition, completeness, and authenticity of the returned items and is not shared with third parties.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item first.
Once the return has been completed and approved, a new order can be placed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
  • Racing Relics cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@racingrelics.nl.
  • Provide a clear description of the issue and, where possible, include photos or a short video.

We will review the situation carefully and aim to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item or items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.

If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
