At Racing Relics, we believe in delivering both quality and clarity. Below you’ll find all essential information about our shipping terms, delivery timelines, and return policies—designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for every customer.

Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer free home delivery on orders that meet the following minimum values:

  • Netherlands – Free shipping on orders over €70
  • European Union (EU) – Free shipping on orders over €100
  • International – Free shipping on orders over €150

Shipping Information

All of our shipments include the following:

  • Delivery Monday through Saturday
  • Insurance coverage up to €520 within Europe
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Home delivery only – we do not ship to pickup points

Shipping Costs by Country

For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, the following standard home delivery rates apply:

For all other countries, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Typical delivery windows are:

  • Within the Netherlands – 1 to 3 business days
  • Within the EU – 3 to 7 business days
  • International – 7 to 14 business days

Please note: These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on your location and external conditions.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise checking with your local customs office for detailed information prior to placing an order.

Returns & Cancellations

We comply with Dutch consumer regulations and offer a straightforward return policy:

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
  • After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).
  • Once we receive the returned product in good condition, you will be fully refunded within 14 days, including the original shipping costs.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Custom-made or personalized items, including bespoke rings, bracelets, and necklaces, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These items are unique and cannot be returned.
